Behavioral Inquiry

Understand key behavioral problems to generate new ideas, perspectives and solutions.

We use analogous design concepts (applied else where) extensively to create a comprehensive approach. The findings will be shared as a summary report by our experts and will include multiple alternatives to address various challenges identified. The proposed approach will leverage concepts from gameful design to nudge the behavioral patterns of relevant stakeholders.

Intervention Design

Design interventions to address identified deep-rooted challenges of partner organization.

When the identified behavioral problems involves deep-rooted beliefs and behavioral patterns, this may need a broader inquiry to uncover the root causes of the problem. Our specialists will work closely with partner stakeholders to bring to light further insights to address the challenge. The team of experts will design a comprehensive approach using the extensive data gathered while interacting with the partner team. The proposed approach will have details on how the intervention can be implemented, along with the benefits expected and the average turn-around time to reap the benefits of the intervention. The findings along with the detailed action plan will be shared by our experts. The proposed approach will also use gameful design to encourage the desired behavioral change.

Intervention Launch

Launch and adapt the interventions based on regular feedback so as to achieve the desired outcome.

Our experts will collaborate with partner organization to form a team to launch the planned intervention. The team together will implement the interventions planned for achieving the desired results. At all possible touchpoints, the team will collect feedback on a regular basis to adapt the progress so as to streamline the intervention progress to achieve the desired results. Interim progress summary and the final intervention summary along the details of actual outcome and results will be shared to relevant stakeholders from partner organization.
